Terms of service

These terms apply when you or your business use ConvoZip (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of your business, and you confirm you have the authority to do so. Questions go to hello@convozip.com.
Trial and plans
You can try ConvoZip free for 14 days without a credit card. After the trial you choose a plan; prices are shown on our website. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund partial periods.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and give access only to people you trust. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team members do.
Your content and your customers' data
You keep all rights to your knowledge, conversations and other content. You allow us to store and process it only to provide ConvoZip to you. You are responsible for having the right to collect your customers' data and for telling them how you use it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
AI answers
The AI writes answers from the knowledge you give it. Like any AI, it can make mistakes, so check its answers in your inbox and keep your knowledge up to date. You decide when the AI answers, and you are responsible for the answers sent to your customers.
Fair use
Do not use ConvoZip to:
- send spam or messages people did not ask for;
- share anything illegal, harmful, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights;
- try to break, overload, copy or get around the limits of the service.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why.
Messaging apps and other services
When you connect LINE, Messenger, Instagram or another app, its own terms also apply. Changes those apps make can affect what ConvoZip can do with them.
Changes and availability
We keep improving ConvoZip and may change or remove features. We work hard to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Ending your account
You can stop using ConvoZip at any time, and an owner can delete the organization and all of its data. We may end or suspend the service for an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
Liability
ConvoZip is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date above and tell account owners by email before important changes take effect. Using ConvoZip after that means you accept the new terms.
